As a Support Coordinator for Piedmont Community Services, I have been working with RiversHealth for over 4 years.  I have found them to be very professional and at the same time extremely caring about the individuals they serve.  The staff within the home are always knowledgeable about their individuals and exhibit a genuine concern for their well being.

In dealing with upper management, they have always been quick to respond to any needs that my individual has or any assistance I might need from them.

Their documentation is always done in a timely manner and done by DBHDS standards.  There has never been a time that I doubted the care my individual is receiving  and he always seems to be happy and have a good rapore with the staff.
